We have an immunization clinic at all campuses on July 25th.

Validation by your doctor or a health department showing proof of immunizations is required by state law.
 
If immunizations are needed, please take the Bob Hope School-List of Immunizations Needed form (see below) to either a physician or to:

The Mid-County Clinic near the airport on Viterbo Road can also administer 
immunizations.  Hours for the Mid-County Clinic are: 
           Monday and Friday from 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm and 
           Wednesday from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.

This message is for all BHS student parents. In the 86th Legislature, HB 3884required the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) to create procedures for school districts to provide information relating to bacterial meningitis to students and parents. This requirement was previously assigned to the Texas Education Agency (TEA). DSHS has created a websitewith bacterial meningitis information aimed at students and parents.
